Free Yourself From the Patterns Formed in Childhood
Most of our adult struggles come from childhood beliefs we didn’t choose. It's time to clear those hidden scripts from your nervous system—and finally reclaim your power.
In the early years of life our nervous system is like a sponge.
Before age 7, it’s wide open—soaking in experiences, emotions, and beliefs from the world around you.
But here’s the problem:
You weren’t old enough to filter what was true or healthy.
So what you absorbed became your reality, even if it was distorted.
A parent’s stress may have taught you to feel unsafe.
A teacher’s criticism may have made you feel like you’re not enough.
A moment of rejection may have convinced you that love is something you must earn.
These experiences didn’t just become memories.
They became programs—stored in your body, running in the background of your adult life.
Most people don’t realize this:
As a child, your brain operates in Alpha or even Theta states—the open, emotional, receptive mode.
We don't yet have the Beta brainwave capacity to think logically, interpret adult behavior, or understand that your parents were expressing their own frustration.
So you believed it was about you.
And at that age—just a few years into life—what else could you believe?
You absorbed it.
You believed it.
And it became part of how you see yourself.
But it was never true.
It was just an experience you couldn’t understand yet.
And so, those painful experiences—now stored deep in your nervous system—are protected by defense mechanisms.
These defenses were meant to protect you from pain.
But now, they block your natural thought flow.
You can’t fully access the truth of your own mind.
As a result, you may unconsciously fall into old, protective thought patterns that limit your ability to adapt, connect, and evolve.
These invisible patterns often look like:
Constant self-judgment and overthinking
Defensiveness when someone gives you feedback
The urge to control situations or people to avoid feeling powerless
These aren't flaws.
They're just signs that your system is still trying to protect a younger version of you who didn’t know how to process what happened.
